Stalking of any kind creates serious danger and trauma for its victims. Frequently, stalking or cyberstalking takes place as part of a continuum of other crimes of sexual violence or interpersonal violence.
Stalking is also used by perpetrators to harass and intimidate victims. Often stalking precedes kidnapping, homicide or sexual battery, so intervention and safety planning are essential for stalking victims.
Despite the enclosed Lawyer John Hamel gets away with yet another dangerous crime with the help of State Attorney Mark Ober. There is no law just an apparatus to force the people to pay legal fees to a broken system run by a just another corrupt South Texas School of Law graduate named Mark Ober.
Florida Lawyer John R Hamel gets to steal cars from clients, destroy property of stores over a refund, commit extortion, and cyberstalk with crazy violent emails, and the Florida Bar wonders why lawyers are held in disgrace. John Hamel is the greatest example of why the Florida Bar must be changed with greater oversight by the people of the State of Florida. The lunatics are running the asylum and we are all suffering the damage.
